Ok... so a year has gone by full of stress, anxiety, and blowing my healthy habits!  I have officially started over and this time is the last time.  This is it... I'm done with the yo-yo and I'm done with the excuses.  I am sticking to it and I'm incorporating real changes.  I am eating healthy and starting to work out.  I have a "bud" here at school that will go to the gym with me and we have a plan to keep each other accountable.  I also have been allowing myself to eat out places, just with healthier choices.

In this last year I have educated myself on the foods that we eat.  You know... the ones that are readily available at the stores.  I have always known to eat "around the perimeter" of a grocery store... but I didn't know so much about the organic choices and why to choose organic.  I watched a documentary titled "Food Inc."  I HIGHLY suggest watching this... it will change the way you shop.  Not the way you eat... but the way you shop.  It is one of those things that is in the forefront of my mind anytime I am making choices.  I don't mind spending the extra it costs since it has cut down on my illness.  I have been feeling better since I changed my ways in December.  It is truly amazing.  Give it a whirl!

I jacked my weight back up to the "heavy" end of my closet... but since March 4th, I have lost 9.5 pounds.  Sloooooow & steady.  :-)

I look forward to losing some more!  I also joined 24 Hour fitness & will have my first trainer session on Tuesday.  It ought to be comical... I'm SOOOoo new at this I feel like a foreigner in a strange country.  What are weights again?  Is that the tube around my gut?

Oh... and headaches... yup... still got em.  Tracking them though on my calendar at home with all sorts of crazy symbols.  :-S
