There's a difference! On April 4th, I started my new diet and workout plan and after only 5 days, I can feel a difference! I've been doing Jillian Michaels' 30-day Shred for my workout and boy, is it tough! I've been waking up at 5 in the morning to do it before school everyday since the 4th. But even though it's been only 5 days, I can feel it working! My arms... they have muscle now! I flexed my arm and the muscle felt so hard compared to before when it was just squishy. >.< I feel so happy!
