I WILL lose this weight...Today I decided I'm going to do this for real and by myself. I woke up this morning and walked for 30 minutes. I also walked my dog for 20 minutes. I also did general exercise for 30 minutes. I've ate healthy today. I just hope I can keep this up..... I really want to look good this summer...
