Back on track!

Got my cardio in last night! I jogged 1.5 miles in a little under 25 minutes. I wanted to go 2 miles but had to finish getting dinner ready because my son had baseball practice. After hubby and son left for practice I did a little housecleaning and laundry, made a BIG salad that will be part of my lunch all week, and then I did my Biggest Loser Weight Loss yoga!!
Man... whoever thinks yoga is easy is wrong!! I'm doing the week 1 & 2 training and it was tough! I have very little upper body strength and cannot hold plank position the entire time the DVD wants me to... I had to go to my knees about halfway through that position. Hopefully my upper body strength will improve!! The warrior 1 and 2 poses were killer on my arms/shoulders too!! I can definitely feel it in my upper body today!! :)
I've done the yoga off an on since I started this program but I haven't fully committed to doing it on a steady basis. I really do enjoy it so I am going to really try to do it at least 3 times a week if not more!!
