This morning I put on a pair of khakis that used to be too tight and a shirt that used to accentuate my muffin top... well, the pants are sagging on my hips and the shirt actually accentuates my WAIST!! Whoo hoo!! They fit great, they look great and I feel great!! My muffin-top days are O-V-E-R!!!
I did my cardio last night... only 1.25 miles but I did it in 20 minutes going 4.0 MPH and I walked 1/4 mile, jogged 3/4 mile and walked 1/4 mile... pretty good for me! I did my weight exercies for my triceps and my barbell lunges and by then decided to stop so I could get dinner started. I got dinner in the oven and did my Biggest Loser Weight Loss yoga program for 30 minutes while it was cooking! I usually eat before my workout but I've noticed that if I workout before I eat that I'm not as hungry afterward. I wonder if that's normal?!?
Anyway... tonight I plan to do my cardio again and more lunges and weights but not yoga. I've decided that yoga will only be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for me... no need to do it 5x a week!
