A Full Day's Worth of Food Journalling

i found most of the food i ate in the fitclick database. i did add some more, pretty easy to do. wish there was a way to move items added from one meal to another. i started deleting then adding back in, but decided to not worry about it. for some reason the submit button doesn't display, but you can tell there's a button there because the cursor shows that you can click on it. i wonder if it's because i use chrome. i see that the ratio of carbs/protein/fat are calculated on a total day basis. would like to see that at a meal basis. easier for me to tweak a meal vs a whole day. why are people added foods to the database when it's already there??? same title, didn't they do a search first? that's frustrating.
also, when tracking exercise, is there a way to add in the number of calories burned?
