Super busy weekend!

I didn't workout Friday night... I was packing our stuff for our son's baseball tournament that was out of town! I got up Saturday morning and ran 1.5 miles... didn't do my yoga or weights but that's ok... at least I got my cardio in that day! We got home about 8:00 Sunday night and had a late supper and crashed about 9:30 so no workout on Sunday either. But that's ok... I worked out extra hard last night to make up for it!
I tried to watch what I was eating over the weekend too. We ate breakfast and lunch at home Saturday because our first baseball game didn't start until 4:30 that day. We had sandwiches, fresh fruit, and fresh veggies between games about 7:00 pm on Saturday night. Breakfast Sunday morning was a bowl of Life cereal and a granola bar for a snack. More sandwiches, fruit and veggies for lunch that day and a homemade lasagna for a late supper that night. (Luckily I made an extra pan of lasagna last Thursday and our daughter was home to put it in the oven for us Sunday evening so it was ready when we got home!)
As an added bonus it was our anniversary on Sunday AND our son's team won the baseball championship!! What a great day!
I didn't pack a lunch for work this morning... didn't have enough time. I plan to go to Subway for lunch today and get a 6" turkey breast on wheat and I'll get a small salad from the food court at work. I'm glad we have healthy options where I work!
