YEA!!  Stepped on the scale this morning and have lost 2 more pounds in the last week!  My measurements were ok too... lost another 1/2 inch in my upper arms and 1/2 inch from my waist... and a 1/2 inch from my boob... can't say I'm too happy about that! I kind of enjoyed the larger chest that came with my weight gain! LOL

Anyway... I have worked out every night this week.  Wednesday and Thursday all I did was my Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga...no cardio or weights.  That yoga is tough... but it's getting easier and I can feel a big difference in my body. 

I feel like I need to work out just a little bit harder tonight because I ate a pretty calorie laden lunch today.  I went to Panda Express and had 1/2 order of chow mein and 1/2 order of fried rice with 1 egg roll and orange chicken!  I only ate 1/2 of everything but it was still a good 700 calorie meal!  That's a lot  for me...especially for lunch! 

So tonight I'm going to jog 1 1/2 miles, then do my weights and lunges, and then do my 30 minutes of yoga.  That will burn about 375 calories...not too bad at all.  I better go and get to that workout!! :)
