Yell at your fat

I found this really neat (Kinda cheesy) but great podcast that is very motivating. It's called Yell at your Fat and the host has lost 139 pounds and has kept it off. It's really cool to hear some one older than me with so much more weight than I have to lose do it and now be able to run marathons. It really goes to show you that it is possible. I'm so proud of this girl and I've never met her. She is inspiring listeners all over the globe with people tuning in all the way in Germany and other parts of the world. She has practical realistic tips. Anyway I like her and have been listening to her. You can check her out at www.yellatyourfat.com. She even has before and after pictures.
So today was kinda rough finding time to exercise because my seven month old was everywhere. Finally I told my husband to park his behind and watch her for a bit. I still have a few calories to burn for the day, but I'm proud that I did workout today. I did think my husband was trying to sabotage me earlier with dinner. I asked him to make cod and he covered it with stovetop dressing. I stared in horror as he added unnecessary calories onto my dinner. But even with everything he added I was within my range, but I shouldn't freak out over everything because that is a good way to get burned out with to many restrictions.
I heard and amazing quote today. "Motivation doesn't last very long, but then again neither does bathing which is why we must do it every day." ~Zig Ziegler (I don't know how to spell his name.)
I know no one reads this yet and maybe never will and that's ok. But if by some weird chance some one did take the time to read it I hope they also take time to yell at their fat to get out of their lives.
