Wow... it's been a week since I wrote anything on here! I've
wanted to be more active on the site but have been so incredibly busy I simply haven't had time!! I've been tracking my food and everything... just haven't had time to updated that info on the website. That's ok though... I'm still doing well!
I did gain a pound last week but wasn't surprised... I ate more than usual on Easter. I was surprised I didn't gain more than 1 pound though!
I haven't been jogging as much because, once again, I simply don't have time! If I have to choose between 45 minutes of jogging or 45 minutes of yoga... I'd rather do yoga. I don't have time for both.
I've been doing my Biggest Loser Weight Loss yoga at least 3 times a week and can really feel a difference with that!
I'm busy with baseball season for my son...he's on a travelling team so, on weekends, we travel all over the State for tournaments plus he has double header league games during the week. My daughter is on the school's track team and has practice every night and meets 2-3 times a week as well! Plus it's the end of the school year so we have band concerts and choir concerts coming up in the next two weeks and promotion ceremonies for my niece... it just goes on and on and on!
Work has been so stressful the last couple of weeks too. I was seriously stressed out last Thursday/Friday... but I made it through! I wish I had a heavy bag at home that I could punch on because I really think that would help me relieve some stress and tension! LOL
My food choices have continued to be good for me. Still low fat and healthy. Not getting enough fruit and veggies the last week or so but I'm trying to improve that this week. Anyway... it's lunch time now and today I'm having Subway! Can't go wrong with a 6" turkey breast on wheat!!
