Today has been a good day so far.
I went for a little 1 mile walk since it was so nice out. But during the walk, I was feeling slow, and flabby and wanted to do more. I was just going to finish w/ my walk and go take a shower so I could run errands, but decided to turn on the On Demand and check out the fitness programs. I ended up doing the " 10 lb slimdown blast w/ Chris Fretag". It was tough! I didn't realize how out of shape I am in. I struggled though it, but I made it though.
Afterward I felt so much better.
I hope to try this workout again tomorrow or try a Jillian Michael's workout.
