Day 1 with Fit Click

I stumbled upon this website and subsequent app by accident, during a Google search for the calories in a Big Bowl chicken curry bowl.
Personally, I was jazzed to download and get started. As I am a big believer in food journals but lack the follow-through for a traditional pen and paper one. I am far more excited about this one as I have my phone with me everywhere and feel it's almost a game inputting my information.
As for my fitness goals, I am not trying to be some stick figure. But I can remember a time before I had my second daughter when fitness was an essential part of my life and I felt vibrant and alive.
I feel as though for the past 5 years I have been chasing that feeling with little success and I am finally fed up enough to go out and get it again. Technically I am on week 2 and picking up momentum. I am finding things that I did last week and struggled with are coming much easier this week. Granted my jeans don't fit any better but my house is cleaner and my kids are happier with my new found energy.
Rome wasn't built in a day. :)
