Hey Readers!

Today is the first actual start date of my "diet". I put it in quote marks because I am not actually following a real diet plan. I have made up my own sorta.

First, I only eat 1 or 2 pieces of toast with a little bit of butter in the morning. Today I had one because I didn't have time for 2.

Lunch will be a water bottle and either a salad with some ranch dressing or a deli sandwich from school lunch.

If I want a snack durning the day, it will be like one of those diet granola bars or something like that.

By the time dinner comes around I should have enough to eat to reach my limit of 1700 to 1800 calories for the day.

Everyday, I am going to try to drink like 3 or 4 water bottles, because I never drink enough water. I always bring one to school and I never finish it. So now I will. I drink milk more than water, but I don't know if that's good or not. Hmm.?

Then after dinner I don't snack or anything.

We have 16 days left of school, so whatever P.E. I have left will be my workout. (PE is every other day for me. Today, I don't have it.)

When summer rolls around I might start riding an excersice bike or walking around my neighborhood. Once I get into better shape, I might start running around the park which could be a very good workout. We also have a basketball hoop in our driveway so I might play that too.

Let's see.. what am I forgetting.

Oh yeah! For people who like Chicken Fettichini (sp??), Lean Cuisines is really good! I had it yesterday for lunch, and it was only like 200 calories.

Alrighty. I have to go to lunch actually right now.

Talk to you all soon and remember to stick with your new lifestyles!

Love Mindy
