Today was pretty stressful. I had a band compation and there wasn't supposed to be food at the thing.. so I thought, cool a chance for me to still eat healthy!!

So I packed a turkey sandwich with no mayo, a few carrots, a bit of cheddar chex mix, and a water bottle. We left my high school at around 8 am and got to where we needed to be around 8:40. I was fine until around 10 so I ate the lunch. It was a bad choice. We got home around 5pm and I was STARVING, DEHYDRATED, and just plain sick of hot air. I kept thinking, I deserve to eat something, but then I remembered how much I really want to lose weight. So I still ate, but just not huge things like I normally would have. I had some grapes, nuts, and a few pieces of candy. I know what your thinking, that's not food! and yes, it is not, I like to eat junk so hopefully I kick that habit.

Anyways, for dinner I had a bacon hamburger, no cheese! And an ice cream cone.

All together, I ate about 1900 calories, and I burned 500. And with my BMR, i still made it with in my target calorie zone!!

I know that I should start to break habits. I already feel like less hungry after eating just one helping of dinner instead of 2 or even 3. It's like your stomach is saying, YES. RELIEF!! and your suddenly not even hungry. I know I probably haven't lost much weight yet, but just eating like I am on a diet makes me feel thinner and more energized! I feel like reallly happy right now! I also feel lighter, its pretty great!

I know that this fitclick website is going to bring me to my much needed weight loss journey
