okayy, so i am a teenager trying to lose 10-15 pounds. sounds tough, right? well, i am a very determined person. i am a girl and im very athletic.. i just cant seem to lose any weight. now i am trying to find the perfect combinations of a diet and a workout plan that fits MY schedule. if any1 has any suggestions please let me know.
