Hey all :) I'm trying my hardest to stay on this diet and exercise routine, though i never follow through on the weekends! I soon as the clock hits 4, I'm out for a jog on the town then back to east some subway and then exercise for another 30 minutes... Why can't losing weight be easy? i wish it all would literally melt away, or that I could just take the extra weight off whenever i wanted like a fat suit? By June 5th, I hope that I can be down to 220, if not less. 5 pounds to lose!! Please, i NEED support! I'm off :)
