Sorry I didn't write yesterday or Sunday. I was pretty busy.
Sunday and Monday were both kind of bad days for me, diet plan wise. I ate over my limit but still stayed under enough for me to burn calories with my BMR. So it wasn't too bad but I am still disapointed. But neither day was a normal day for our family so I think its alright.
Today is a good day. I didn't get to eat breakfast because I had to be at school at 7:30 and I accidently woke up at 7am and I didn't have time to eat.
For lunch I will be having a salad with cubed ham, a bit of cheese, and a water bottle. Which is good because all I have had today is water. Haha.
Anyway, how are your diet plans going? I hope that your beginning to feel better about yourself the way I am!
