New to this site. Excited about maintaining my fitness and activity levels. I recently competed in my first Model Search and came in 4th place. The judges recommended I tighten my mid-section, otherwise I did okay. Considering my competition was in their 20s, I felt good at 41. I competed at 134 lbs. After drinking water and enjoying a week of "free" eating, I've gained 10 lbs. My new max weight will be 145 lbs. I'm happy with where I am today.
My goal now is to not let myself get back into the 160s lbs (my weight before deciding to train for a show).
I'm back in the gym this week. I did take a week off to just rest. Life is good. Clean eating back on the menu; slowing getting back to it.
