Trying.. failed.. trying again

This has been tough. Now, I'm going back on the South Beach diet. Out of all the diets that I have been on, it seemed like SB diet worked the best. I need to be consistent and change my eating habits for good.
Another thing, I really need to start dating. I still keep the jerk alive in my heart and it sucks. I think I like this guy, but I only see him once a week, even then sometimes.
Today was day 1. Weighing at 183 lbs, gained 3 pounds from last I weighed at 180. I have about two months to lose about 30lbs. I can do this.
