Last day

Today is my last day using the tool / app Get Running. It has been an exciting and run trip. Took 9 weeks from walk 5 minutes (run 1 minute. Between runs, walk 1 and 1/2 minutes) eight times and a five minute cool down. To finishing today with 5 minutes of walk 30 minutes of run and five minute cool down walk.
That first day I would have never thought I could have finished. Now I am in the less than wonderful position of what to do next.
Any suggestions?
