Day 6 Moving Blues

Well today was almost a wasted day. I slept horrible last night and felt it all day long. I am getting discouraged! I was so excited about getting on the ball and working out, but this dumb arm hurts so bad that it makes me not feel like doing a thing.
So I made the decision to not wear the sling and I could tell a difference but instead of going and putting the sling back on, I decided to push through and continued the housework and then sewed for an hour, and finally played Tiger Woods golf on WII. BAD BAD REALLY BAD move! I also went and walked around Wal-Mart for an hour!
So morale to this story is "Molly you need to follow docs instructions!" I am watching my calories to make sure the lack of movement isnt going to hinder the weight loss program!!!
I have heard it takes 21 days of repetition to make something a habit...I am on day 6 and counting down to 21...15 more days to go!
