Since my previous post, I have been working out occasionally and not dieting much at all. Occasionally I have eaten healthy. So, here I am again, trying to start over. I hate not fitting in my clothes, and I hate shopping for clothes because most likely I will need a size larger. I don't want to be buy anything bigger than the 16-18 I wear now. I know I can do better. My goal this week is to work out at lunch at least 3 times and walk at home after work at least 5 times. I have planned this week's dinners and I'm going to work real hard at skipping Starbucks. If I choose to have my coffee, I will get a tall, not venti, and I plan to limit the trip to Starbucks to twice this week (not every day). We will see how it goes.
