Discouraging Weekend

 Unrated
Monday, May 16, 2011 at 12:42 PM filed under Diet & Nutrition postings
This weekend was full of graduation parties and regular parties. I ate a lot of junk food, and now I feel extremely depressed and most of all disapointed in myself. I feel like it won't be possible for me to keep losing weight over the summer! With all that free time!

So here's my plan:
1. Get a job! This will take up any free time that I have.
2. Participate in every activity that my church has this summer (Going to New York, 3 day walk, 40 Mile Bike ride, 5 day camp in the woods)
3. Buy something I wanna wear on the first day of school next year and reach towards that goal.
4. Take advantage of the excercise that Marching Band, and band camp brings!!
5. Don't sit around. Call friends. Find SOMETHING to do.
6. Get my driver's licence/permit.
7. Enjoy losing weight!

Hopefully this plan works!

Question:
Does anyone know like how many inches you would lose say if you lost 10 pounds or 20 etc?

Alright. This week is going to be awesome! 5 more pounds!!! I can do it!:)

Thanks to you all for being a good support friend and helping me along the way!!!

Love Mindy
