Hi, well, I just watched a very informative video, Mayo Clinic Wellness Solutions for Weight Loss, and I learned alot about what to do and what not to do. It also has a short yoga program that is very simple and makes you feel good afterwards. I have started doing yoga every morning after breakfast and the pain in my knees is considerable less then what is is before I do the yoga excercises. The yoga I do is specifially designed for people with arthritis. It is also helping me to lose weight. I've lost 12 pounds so far since joining this sight and I am feeling so much better about myself!!
