I'm back!!

It's been 19 days since my last weigh in! I'm happy to say that I've maintained my weight loss during that time! I haven't worked out much over the last 3 weeks though. I haven't been on my treadmill or done any weight training at all and I've only done my yoga 3 times... but I'm still watching my calories and watching what I eat so it's been ok.
Work has slowed down finally and my kids' school activities are ending this week as well so I'm bound and determined to start my workouts again! My son is leaving Sunday on an 11-day trip with a 4-H sponsored program and my daughter will be at her dad's for the week so I'm going to have lots of time to focus on my workouts!! It's going to be a new experience for my husband and I to have a house with no kids!!
I had lunch with my niece yesterday... Panda Express (yum!)... and the fortune in my fortune cookie said, "WORK ON IMPROVING YOUR EXERCISE ROUTINE!" I kind of took that as a sign that I should start working out again! LOL
I am going to try to get back in the routine of recording my meals and workouts on this site again as I feel it really helped keep me on track!
