"I am 26 years old and have three young children and I don't have the time for diet and exercise." This is the last time I will be saying this. There are so many physical activities I want to do in my life that I want to feel fit and flexible enough to achieve them. I love the outdoors, and so do my kids. I want to be active so I can teach them how to be active. Recently I have moved into my own house while going through a divorce and raising three children: 5 1/2 yrs; 4 yrs; and 2 yrs. The difficult thing for me is to make the time for myself to exercise and watch what I eat. I am exhausted from lack of sleep and the junk food does not help at all. I have access to healthy choices, but I love the crackers, chips, cookies and icecream. I need to do something about this because it is not good for me and especially my children who count on me entirely. So this is what has brought me to fitclick.com. So to start, I am going to try a detox of raw fruit and vegetables, water, and what ever fruit and vegetables I can press through my juicer. Maybe I will do this for 4 to 5 days straight along with a brisk walk starting tomorrow. I will be sure to track my experience with this detox. Day 1 is May 25th, tomorrow. I am sticking with this. It is time for something new, and I have nothing to lose, I can only gain (but not weight).
