Shouldn't have gotten on the scale!

I weighed myself this morning... just one day earlier than I usually weigh in. The scale shows that I've gained 3 pounds this week! Yikes! I attribute this gain mostly to "that time of the month" being right around the corner... but I also feel it's partly due to me not working out over the last three weeks!!
I was really wanting to get back into my workout and yoga routine this week but, once again, did not have time!! Such a sad excuse... I should MAKE time for myself and take better care of myself... but by the time I'm done working, taking care of the house, the kids, the husband, and the dogs... I'm to flippin' tired to take care of me! :(
Something is going to have to change. I'm going to have to start coming home from work and immeidately doing my workout before doing anything else! My kids are great about helping me clean up the house and helping with dinner so I will shift a little more responsibility onto them in these areas. (And probably increase their allowance too! lol)
Well... back to work. No workout tonight because I'll be at my son's double-header baseball games tonight until 10:00! Looks like I'll have to get my workouts started again tomorrow!!
