3am alarm was a tough one today--especially when feeling awfully sore from my BenderBall workout yesterday! Don't have time to exercise today as I'm trucking with my husband, so I need to try to eat healthy. I was ecstatic when we left the house, he showed me what food he packed for me--apples, yogurt, jello, and don't forget...caffeine!!! He's been really supportive of me lately with this weight loss journey. Last night I ended up with enough points that I could have some ice cream..and it was DELICIOUS! Tonight for supper is homemade taco salad--one of my husband's favorites. Well--here's to sitting on my butt all day. Tomorrow I will get up and move!!!
