I just got done with a 2 mile walk--I knew I had to make things different today! For lunch I ate a bowl of strawberries and bananas, and a lettuce salad--which came out to be no points. I still have 25 left for the day!!! I need to work hard--only a few days until my first vacation of the summer...praying I can stay on track while there too!
