I'm absoultely amazed at the way my body has repsonded to getting back into the routine of making healthy food choices and moving again after that 2 month hiatus.

It's nearly impossible to describe it, but its as if my body is craving it, wanting more and more of the good stuff as the toxins, sugars and other bad chemicals are pushed out.

Of course the moving part will have to come gradually again, I can't over work my body at this point so soon as the miscarriage but you can bet in a months time I will be back to pushing myself till muscle failure (Thank you Jackie!) I love Jackie Warner! lol!

My first goal will be to reach 450 (I'm at 464.6 down from 468 this morning! yay me!) by the end of June. It's not a big goal but I believe in starting small, and if I loose more then that's just a bonus loss ;-)

I hope by sharing my journey with others that I can let them know they are not alone, we all slide back for whatever reasons from time to time, and it is possible to pick it up, climb back on and ride out the waves of this journey. I also strongly believe in finding others who share your journey, who are sincere and can help guide you, as you can them through the darkest hours.

I have several friends via FB that I can honestly say have helped me through the brightest hours and the darkest. They are a gift to me, and I will be forever grateful to them all.

Peace be with you all!
xoxo
