Moving the fat. I realize that I cannot do this all at once. There will be no quick fix. Since this weekend I could not move after exercising again I realized I have to slow down but lose the calories

Or should I say, this first week has been good but I have already cheated on my program. So when the time comes to get on the scale tomorrow, we will see.
I'm in this for the long run. BUT I found when I had to go to an outing, I had to eat foods that were not on my diet plan for the week. I did the best I could by eating low fat but there for awhile I was thinking of not eating until I got home. I'm glad I did what I did.
There will be other outings to go to and restaurants. Does anyone have any helpful clues how to get through it? Exercise seems to be the key but my old bones can only take so much exercise at this stage. I have to build up my strength to do the exercise.
