Depressed

I can't seem to stick with this. My weight is right back where I started. I've only fluctuated ten pounds. Of the 130 I need to loose that doesn't feel like anything. I just don't know how to fit myself into my schedule. That sounds crazy doesn't it?
I know it's the fat and the lack of exercise but whenever I do have free time I find myself plopped in front of the TV. Sitting and thinking about what I'll do to get into shape TOMORROW ! I'm in a real slump and need something to get me out. Any suggestions????
