I Did It But Over Did It

Goodmorning Ladies, So as i said i would be blogging about every single day i succeed at this program. So about yesterday, i chose the 3 mile a day program ive came to the conclusion that its a no-go. There is no way that us beginners can take on something that big so quickly. I did walk 2.5 miles ysterday fast pace and today I AM FEELING IT! more pain then just soar. I am going to continue to walk everyday as we should but i will start little. such as a 30 minute brisk walk, repeat this for a couple weeks then bump the time up 45 minutes... and so on. I will someday reach the 3 miles per day but for now its beginner level. Also I am counting calories each day, I am only intaking 1200 a day, only yesterday i only intook 780 which is not good but things came up and etc.. Todays a new day and i will do my best to get all my calories in as well as my 30 minute brisk walk. Well ladies i will be back soon, Goodluck to you all :)
