The Beginning

I can't even tell you how many blogs/diaries/journals in the past I've started... I'm hoping with this one I will be able to keep up with it. 

I will be considering today June 12, 2011 the day of The Beginning.  Today I decided that I am going to lead more of a healthy lifestyle...make healthier food choices, workout regularly, be more organized, and I'm doing all of this to of course lead a happier life and attract those who are wanting the same thing.

I sell furniture and have crazy retail hours however I am no longer going to use that as an excuse to waste my money and not go to the gym.  My job is commission-only, I cannot afford to be wasting the money I earn.  Nothing is guaranteed in this life especially in the retail world... I am done being lazy and not paying attention to what matters to me.  What matters to me = myself!  I love being around people but how can I expect people to enjoy my company if I don't enjoy my own company.   I need to feel better about myself, gain my self-confidence back and resist the urge to just fall into bed/couch after I get home from work.

My name is Sharon - today is the day I start my quest to find myself again.
