feeling brand new

So I am pretty much over whatever has plagued me these past few weeks, might I even say months. I feel so good! Antibiotics and a week of sleeping a lot will do that!
So I have tracked everything, and based on that I should be down 2 lbs, but have not weighed myself. Because of being sick, I haven't excercised... until last night. I ventured out on a short bike ride and it felt great. My lungs are clear, and my sinuses are normal.
So new goals...
1. stay healthy via good foods and rest
2. track all my food
3. exercise
4. 2 lbs a week til the end of the year! it will be my Christmas present to myself! That will put me at about 118 lbs. That's pretty skinny for me, so may stop before that depending on how toned I am. I would even be happy around 130. I can reach that by fall probably.
