The LITE-fantastic

Well, here I am again! Starting a diet to lose the weight that I have systematically lost, gained, and lost again. I have tried just about every diet out there, starting with Diet Workshop, Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, South Beach, Sugar Busters, Weight Watchers again, Slim Fast, Special K, Nutrisystem again... you see where this is going right? Most recently however, I have even considered Gastric Lap Band Surgery, but insisted that I wanted to try a Nutritionist first. So as I said...here I am again, but this time is different! This time my info is coming from a Health Professional who has nothing to gain one way or the other if I succeed or not. I don't have to pay her every week to weigh me and tell me if I have gained or lost. I don't have to buy her food. I just have to follow her Professional Medical advice! And thanks to fitclick, so far it is so easy! I plugged in the info from my nutritionist and just started tracking my food intake. So here I go...on the road again, to a healthier and happier me!
