HIT THE 15 POUND MARK TODAY!!!

As of this morning I have lost 15 pounds so far, it is becoming second nature to really think about what I am eating, to try to work in more exercise and be more active. I still have 42 pounds to go, but I am on my way. This is the first weekend I haven't derailed completely and now I can start the week on track and not have to work at getting back to the routine for several days! I am proud of myself. Also fit into a pair of jeans over the weekend I haven't been able to wear in quite a while.
