So in high school i was alwasy the big girl i weighed a whopping 275 lbs.  After majority of my friends graduated my Sophmore year i decided i needed to do something about my weight. I signed up for weightlifting ( i was a bit of a tomboy so it fit in with the woodshop and autoshop classes i was also taking) that seemed to keep me on the right track. the summer before Junior year started my family got a membership at a local YMCA. I started working out there lost 20 or 30 lbs over the summer. As junior year progressed i lost more and more weight by weightlifting 2 hours a day 3-5 days a week with only 15 minutes of cardio warm-up. I went from a mostly fat dense 275 to a lean 165 (my chest never went away when i lost the weight) .

Alas after a few bad breakups and chocloate cake and ben and jerry's being my best friends through my lonliness and heartache i gained little by little back. At first i shot up to 180 wasnt such a big deal to me. then when i started living with my then boyfriend now husband my eating habbits turned into an even less healthy nature. he liked fast food and i didnt like cooking every single night. when i stopped working in august to get ready to move to hawaii in september for his work i shot up to 190...then when we got here leading up to recently i was up to 210.

The strange thing is my measurements right now are the same at 210 lbs as they were when i was 185 in May of last year.

I have figured out that i can no longer trust the scale. I have no clue what my fat percentage truely is. and how much of the weight is actually muscle it can be very confusing at times.

My goal now is to get down to a size 9 or 7 in jeans fitting losely or 155lbs whichever comes first. I dont want to be a size zero. i like my curves and im proud of them i just want them to be more toned and beable to look myself in the mirror and think i look good again.

So ive switched up my eating. High protien eating 4 to 6 times a day keeping the carbs at a low as well as sugars and workingo ut 6 days a week 60 to 90 minutes.  today is day 21 ive only lost 7 lbs but ill keep going until i get to my goal.

I am having my wedding in mid july and that is the only day ive said imallowed to eat whatever i want. but only for that one meal.  then its back to work.
