I just found this site yesterday & I'm really diggin' it. I think, no scratch that, I KNOW that this time I'll be able to do this...to finally drop the weight, get toned & maintain!!! :) This site just makes it too easy. I got my first 2 weeks planned today. Gonna do what shopping I need to do tomorrow & get started on Tuesday. I'm truly excited about gettin' started!!! I've got to do this, not only for me but my parents, especially my dad. His health isn't great & I gotta stay healthy to take care of him when he needs me. Anyway, I'm looking forward to this journey
