I've been a member at Sparkpeople for years, but need a change. I joined this site to be part of the group for Curves Weight Loss Management program. It has been a lifeline for me, but now I am in Japan and don't have access to the group, so I am looking for some online support. I've made some great contacts at SP, but can't seem to find anyone following the same plan that I am. I find this site to be complicated. Can't seem to find any info for getting started, so have no idea what I am doing. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
