So one week down of being back on the healthy eating track....three days of kicking my booty with workouts....and I've lost three lbs!!! Amazing! I think I stepped on and off the scale about 10 times in disbelief. That means....7 more pounds to go until I reach my goal. Woooooooooah! Total lose so far is 23 lbs from my heaviest point back in December. Pretty darn cool! I feel great....well, minus wicked soar abs!!! But I will take the pain with the gain....muscle that is! : )
