Day 3 was a success

So day 3 finished as a success, I have been coming in below my calorie allowance which I am completely excited about. I also last night upped my speed on the treadmill from 2.5 to 3, may not seem like a lot but for me it is. Also went from 45 crunches to 90, and this morning took 6 flights of stairs down 2 flights of stairs and then up another 2 flights. I am waking up a little more tired but everyday I feel more determined. Sunday morning I am going to do my naked weigh in, I just pray I went down at least 1-2 lbs to keep me motivated. The scale is so my enemy and dreading this part of it. Food diary is up to par, on top of keeping track on here I also am writing it down in a journal so if I do go somewhere I am in the habit of having it no matter what. All in all I feel as though I am not failing and for the first time in a long time even though no progress has really been made the fact that i am sticking to it is making me pretty proud of myself!
