I've almost made it a week with dieting AND exercise.  I will say one thing as I reflect on the week. If nothing else my stomach has felt better.

For instance I was out yesterday and didn't eat before I left. I was starting to feel a headache coming on which I knew it was my body saying, "feed me woman!" I ordered fish taco's sad to say they were lightly battered but the thing is I do not want to give up ALL foods I want to learn moderation.

The plate came out and there were THREE tacos. I ate one in its entirety and then second one I ate w/o the tortilla shell. These tacos were awesome but my body told me I was full and I recognized it.  I didn't save the third one for later I gave it to a friend.

Two weeks ago I would have eaten them ALL three of them and felt horrible. Not only that when I spoke to the chef. He told me next time he'd add a different type of fish that wasn't battered. I <3 Mario he's the best!!!

For the most part I've stuck to my planned food. I really like that about FitClick. Of all the other programs I've used to track calories etc. this one is by far the easiest. I did have a little extra wine last night than what I had planned but not enough to routine an entire week.

I exercised six of the seven days and even on my day off I took the time to meditate, stretch and get in a good dog walk...yes they need exercise too!

Looking forward to a STRONGER and better week two!!!
