Week Two Day Two

 

Menu
B: Scrambled egg substituted with butter & cream cheese, turkey bacon and banana

S: Greek Yogurt and plum
L:  Spaghetti Smart One, side salad and peeled kiwi
S: ¼ cup hummus with sliced cucumber
D: Turkey burger with Sweet potato fries, sliced cucumbers & tomatoes with 1T bleu cheese dressing.

Awesomeness…Everything provided a well balanced nutrient intake!!!!

Exercise: 40 min on the incline elliptical,  20 minutes stationary bike (fitness test #1)

Exercise Thoughts:  Awesome workout..I had planned to only do 35 min on the incline elliptical thingy but continued on it's the most on this particular machine that I've done ..I think..my goal is to do an hour. The stationary bike fitness test was a little on the tough side.
