Exercise: 40 min on the incline elliptical, 20 minutes stationary bike (fitness test #1)
Exercise Thoughts: Awesome workout..I had planned to only do 35 min on the incline elliptical thingy but continued on it's the most on this particular machine that I've done ..I think..my goal is to do an hour. The stationary bike fitness test was a little on the tough side.
Investing in health will produce enormous benefits.
