Thursday weigh-in day: -2.8 bringing me to a total of -4.4 weight loss average -2.2 which is considered a healthy weight loss rate. I am 5.6 lbs away from my Aug 22nd goal.

Calorie and Protein intake spot-on! I am under on Carbs and a little under on fat. Of the four to be under Carbs and Fat I have no problem with. I strive to stay within target range of my calories and protein.
Exercise: Chest & Back + Ab Ripper …did not do L Had to work late so wasn’t able to get in exercise. I am seriously thinking about quitting my job and working for a gym. NO EXCUSE then!
One thing I noticed is that I was super hungry. I know I'm not starving myself but I felt like I wanted to eat and eat...
