Week Three Day One
A new month YAY!! One of my favorite months of the year I must add. Maybe it is because it’s my birthday month but it’s also Mr. J and the anniversary of adopting our lil Veenie.
I have ten days til the big 39 and then the official 40 x40 begins. I am hoping to have a few more pounds off by my B-day! Honestly up front I am going to enjoy thedday. It’s the one day of the year that is MINE and I don’t share it with anyone. I am debating on taking the day off from work normally I do but since I’m taking time off the end of the month I probably won’t.
I am going to exercise that day because exercising is something I’ve come to enjoy BUT I am not going to obsess about my diet. Mr. J and I are going to try out a new place so I can’t guarantee the best food choice and if I don’t make the best I’m not going to kick myself the next day after all my day!!!
Now that is out of the way today’s accountability!

D: KK’s buffalo chicken tenders, cucumbers slices, tomato slices , okra and blue cheese dressing

a little under with the calories and carbohydrates almost over in protein and fat. I am learning it’s harder to stay within a healthy balanced daily nutrient range than I thought.
