Hello FitClick
Today I am setting out on my 3rd journey to competing. The final for this year is on November 5th in Georgia. I thought by me blogging about everything I go through it would keep me more accountable. I will write about my workout for the day and what I ate just in case anyone is interested.
This far out I am not as strict with my diet but I still have to keep myself in check and I will begin eating cleaner and have a one night cheat meal.
Today my workout will be focused on legs.
My meals for the day are:
1-protein shake (1 pkt oatmeal, 1 sc protein, 3/4 c egg whites, and a little water)
2-ww english muffin, almond butter and banana
3-ground turkey, brown rice, broccoli, mushrooms
4-low-sodium turkey
5-fish and green beans
After my workout I will also have 2 scoops of protein.
I have not cheated today. I havent been very good in the past keeping it 100% clean but I was at least 90%. I want to do better.
I am not going to try and blog everyday because it is too time consuming but will try to update at least once a week.
