Exercise: Stair stepper 30 minutes, Arch trainer 10 minutes
Exercise Thoughts:
I did something a little different. Normally I do 30 min on the Stair Stepper then do Arch Trainer for the 10 minutes. Well today I did 15 SS then 10 AT then 15 SS. Holy Moly that was hard! Glad it’s over with for the day.
