Week Three Day three

Nothing like the middle of the work week one can always see the weekend right around the corner.

 

Menu
B: French toast drizzled with honey, turkey bacon and strawberries

S: Banana
L:  Tossed salad topped with egg, chicken and Thousand Island dressing with peaches & kiwi
S: Greek Yogurt (Dannon blueberry 0%fat
D: Stuffed Peppers with salad blue cheese dressing and ½ glass of milk.

Calories Target 1314 - 1410 Actual 1225 (-89)

Carbs Target 163-177 Actual 138 (good)
Protein Target 79-92 Actual 104 (-13) OK...since I was over yesterday

Fat Target 34-41 Actual 37 (good)

 

Exercise:  Stair stepper 30 minutes, Arch trainer 10 minutes

 

Exercise Thoughts: 

I did something a little different. Normally I do 30 min on the Stair Stepper then do Arch Trainer for the 10 minutes. Well today I did 15 SS then 10 AT then 15 SS. Holy Moly that was hard! Glad it’s over with for the day.

 

Up Next:

Thursday: RPM (new person)

Friday: Body Pump (new)

Saturday: 65 min Arch Trainer

Sunday: REST
