It's the weirdest thing!  I wake up every morning, prepare my breakfast, morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack.  I've been coming home with part of my snacks or lunch not eaten.  I end up eating that snack and just have it with my "dinner". I think I've been doing that because I don't feel very hungry.  It might be because I'm not super pumped about fruit or veggies but I've been trying to incorporate creatively other snacks.  One of my new favorites is healthy peanut butter with the fruit preserves with no extra sugar on one slice of wheat bread.  I savor every bite because there are only maybe five small bites. It is working for me.  I am noticing my jeans have some room.  I never did take my measurements, just weigh myself.

I'm so happy I'm seeing results.
