Well, I blew yesterday out of the water. I will give myself credit for upping my exercise to counter some of the excess calories. Thanks for the comment, 115goal. Encouragement is great appreciated.
We went riding last night. It felt really good b/c I can already tell a difference thanks to the exercise. Plus, riding is a great inner thigh and tushy exercise.
So, to counter yesterday's fiasco, I did the smart thing and made a plan. Yeah, I knew I should have been doing this, but just logging what I eat has proved to be a challenge.
Another thing that I'm changing is my attitude. I'm not allowing myself to give into myself. I don't get to go lay out in the pool until my chores (exercise included) are done. No TV unless I'm on the treadmill. Works both ways. LOL My TV viewing time is less and my exercise has increased. LOL
So, here's to victory for this day.
